Battle-Quest: CS is a new league that is open and has an interesting new concept. It is a hybrid league that combines the "fun of a challenge ladder with the high competition of a scheduled ladder." They are just getting started and looking for some clans to sign up. Sounds dandy, go check it out.

It's not about the look - especially as no clans sign up: www.ngo-csc.de.vu - there you can find the 1st German league for CS Classic. Nothing really happening there, just waiting for clans ti sign up.
Why spend more time on a small CS Classic league and improve the site's look, when no clans sign up ? All necessary information is included on that page and that's the most important thing, isn't it ?Comment

You are 100% correct. The look is not that important. However, a good league should be done professionally. The look and the ease of use make a difference in the sense that it makes everything more organized.
A league needs 3 things for success
1. Organization
2. Excitement
3. Fun
OK maybe 5 things
4. Accommodating
5. Ease of use
From what I can see.. BQL has them all.
