    Pinnacle -over- Rj45 :: 23-1

    TAU -over- Echo 7 :: 14-10

    PLAYBOY -over- FirstWave :: 14-10

    Lots of surprises tonight, click through for commentary![break="Click here my friends..."]All I can say is - "Whoa." Granted, I didn't research tonights matches so well before making predictions due to it being spiff's night, but man were there some crazy upsets tonight.

    NEG -over- eminence :: 17-7

    NEG seems like they're redeeming themselves for all of their past losses, though eminence does look to be heading down the tubes as of late. Regardless, NEG managed to take tonight's win with stride.

    The Second Coming -over- CK3 :: 16-8

    The Second Coming - expected to do nothing but take losses the whole season, it was quite the surprise when they edged out CK3 for their first win tonight. CK3 is a bit of a sinking ship; I just hope Big_V returns to the helms soon.

    Darkside -over- SteelBreeze :: 15-9

    It appears that DarkSide is back to their upsetting ways; SB, meanwhile, started the season off strong but is slowly winding down, dropping game after game. I hope SB jumps back soon. As for D|S, they're a little sporadic lately, taking strange losses then picking up nice wins.

    Short Yellow Bus -over- Digitally Xtreme :: 16-8

    Not much of a comment; SYB is on a winning streak as of late, and dx has done nothing but lose.

    Team Rival -over- Team Stomping Grounds :: 18-6

    Wut? Did anybody really expect TSG to take this one?

    WeekEnd Warriors -over- CoolerGuys Renegade :: 13-11

    This one has me a little surprised, as WEW isn't consistent lately; win a game, lose a game, streaks are strange in WeekEnd Warrior Land. CGR is going downhill since their loss of Daniel, who was caught cheating in an RGL playoff match. I'd like to see CGR rebound, but with losses to the sporadic WEW, it's hard to say.

    Total Annihilation Factor -over- [Riot-Squad] :: 14-10

    One of the surprises of the night, TAF has had all losses this season until about a week ago. Riot-Squad has always been a top notch team, who took 2nd in CAL-invite last season; somehow, I didn't expect them to drop tonight's TAF match. The most likely situation is that TAF, ct first side, sweeped them 12-0 and therefore only needed a couple rounds to take the win. Shame on you, Riot-Squad, for having bad terrorist prodigy strategies

    Gamers-X -over- The unknown Factor :: 24-0

    Not sure whether this was a forfeit win or a just plain whupping, but given TuF's record, it really doesn't matter.

    Pinnacle -over- Rj45 :: 23-1

    Huh? Why is Rj45 in invite again? I hate to sound like a jerk, but they were put in invite solely because of their sportsmanship. They never whined after a game, they always took losses in stride; I imagine CAL wanted to add a team that could give wins to others and not disband. Whatever the case, they're at the top of the hill, hanging out in invite; now Rj45 needs to prove they belong there.

    TAU -over- Echo 7 :: 14-10

    I would have been sad if TAU lost this match, and while it was close, TAU managed to pick up enough terrorist wins to make their ct side comfortable.

    PLAYBOY -over- FirstWave :: 14-10

    Gotta love the underdog, as PLAYBOY pulled it together and defeated another giant tonight in FirstWave. FirstWave, for those not in the know, is (or was?) an excellent team that managed to defeat clans like X3 21-3 and Gamers-X with a high margin as well. Whatever is going on in FirstWave land needs to be fixed soon, as losses to PLAYBOY are more embarassing than anything. But I do give credit where it is due - PLAYBOY is an insanely talented team who has really set things well this season, and even won a CPL autoberth awhile back. Look for good things in the future from PLAYBOY.

            for future reference, people might try the new cal website for HLTV ip's

            http://65.113.117.4/?div=cs

            i found them under "news"

            not sure if they were posted in time for the matches, but what's the point otherwise???

            i have watched that demo and looked at the pictures

            i saw some very nice kills - can somebody maybe explain to a noobish type person what the case for hacking is - yes in those photos crosshairs are pointing through walls, but i have seen these kinds of shots before in demos without allegations.

            one of you super-bad, 24-1 type people help me out here

                      cry, capo cry!

                      I'm just kidding, no hate plz.

                      Well, [TAF] deserves to burn in hell. Or wherever dead clans that used known cheater(s?) go.

                      pipe: a screenshot can't prove anything, but if you watched the demo posted here it was rather obvious, to me anyway.

                        The trick is, IMO, to watch the demos with a wallhack installed (which is of course how the pics were taken). That way you can tell whether there's anyone behind a wall when they shoot.

                        To me (watching without wallhack), that demo wasn't anywhere near as obviously dodgy as Daniel's one on Dust2 for -S-, but it still did leave me thinking "Htf did he know he was there?"

                          Daniel's was like "hey, lets be as blatant as possible and not get caught!"
