.WAD Edits

A new CS website called .WAD Edit has recently been created. The site deals with the editing of current .wad files for official CS maps. At the moment, .WAD Edit contains an edited .wad file available for the maps de_dust and de_dust2. Check out .WAD Edit for screenshots of the new textures and downloads.

I edit my custom WADs for my maps with Wally, I find it extremely easy to use. Extremely useful, I might add; I use it for PAK browsing and spraypaint creation.



As for using different WADs for de_dust and the official maps, I play at 400x300 res, so it's not like I can see textures or anything anyway.

Judging from the models in the screenshots and nature of the site, this man is obviously obsessed with changing everything. Although the sling on that AK looks l337.

I've seen a few wads for maps before. someone did dust with a cobble wad and it looks really sweet. other ones peeps have done have sucked like this crappy cerial one.....thats all i remember, fruit loops everywhere.
