Oh come off your proverbial high horses and smell the stench of irony, as I recycle an earlier comment:Para?noid wrote..
EDIT: Heheh, as everyone, on seeing Rizzuh's Editing, races to amend their posts to give them at least SOME relevance to the topic subject.
Just because a post doesn't have a ";;;P" or "jk lolol!!" at the end of it doesn't mean you have to take it seriously.
Sorry if my subtlety confounded you...
2ND EDIT: CS:CZ looks ace, the delay sucks!

Because CS: CZ is a single player game. It's only a single player game. Multiplayer will be, basically, what everyone else has.
So I wonder how you can say UT will not give CZ a problem when people will just be playing CZ for the multiplayer.
I also don't know if the SP is good or bad. It sounds "interesting," but I far prefer story-based gameplay (NOLF) over mission-based (Rogue Spear).Comment

I dunno, I think that you can have a mission-based AND story-based game.
My favourite game ever is Thief, which has a very defined "mission structure", but also an involving story to drive the gameplay along.
I personally tend to enjoy mission-based games as, like chapters in a book, they allow you to complete one section, bugger off for a bit while you spend your time doing more "wholesome" things, then come back and start a new section.
That's why I completed Half-Life so quickly -- the lack of neatly defined "sections" or "chapters" meant I couldn't bring myself to stop playing, regardless of whether or not I was enjoying it. Could just be me being neurotic again though...
Let's just hope CZ doesn't go down the Rainbow6 variety-of-seemingly-unrelated-bunch-of-missions route, and incorporates a good plot to go with the gameplay.
I want nothing less than perfection...Comment

hay, valve is supporting the DoD team now! That means that the game is going to go retail, attract more newbies than the community can handle, hackers will now run rampant, and Valve is going to be flamed even more!!!!

Does UT2003 even have a story this time? If the first one did, I didn't catch it at all besides the fact that I'm in some death tournament.. gotta kill people.. somehow ending up in arenas with guns.. yadda da shwa. I don't mind if the game has no storyline.. as long as the gameplay can make up for it.
And did someone say Halo was hard? Plz shoot them.disabled wrote..

This is absolutly pointless ^
Secondly, CS:CZ looks like it will be awesome, I feel that A) I dont care about valve they have plenty of $$$, I will buy it not because of updated graphix (altho thats coo too) but because of better and added features, new guns, new models, and addes stuff to multiplayer, plus single player will be sweet, especially for 56k'ers! they will actually have a chance LOL
