I'm sick of the way that people think that because a game is progressing that at each twist and turn they can have their say. Calsonic and blarg are two examples. Although the US is the "land of the free", and the land of free speech, keep in mind that this also means you can think before you type. Or read:
Randy Pitchford: In multiplayer, Condition Zero IS Counter-Strike. It therefore isn't trying to be distinctive from it, it's trying to add to it and improve it. Counter-Strike is the definitive multiplayer tactical action game. It's the most popular on-line action game of all time. We've spent our time in improving that experience, but mostly, we've spent our effort making the single-player game great. What else is this development but a money making spin on the most popular multiplayer computer game of all time? Realise that naturally the opportunity is there for Valve to make some mulah ($$$).
Reviews as xep stated are probably going to cover the same topic areas, as the game delay has been set for around christmas (duh). This could be due to the need for development of the game or any other reason however I believe that this is mainly a marketing tactic.
The reviews are very cheap and effective marketing tools also, as they are readily available to the target consumer (you) and cost very little.
