AgentOrange is an HLDS tool that allows an admin to control the server by sending RCON or Admin Mod commands. One very cool feature, the AdminMod Calculator, allows you to manage Admin Mod user levels by parsing the users.ini file and displaying it in a friendly GUI interface. Anything GUI = simple; simple = good; therefore, GUI = good.

I don't really know what a GUI is, but I like RCON cmds from console and stuff personally. That way you don't give it to just anyone, only too people who know how to use it and could actually fuck up the server!
