For post 71,72 and 73. Here are your answers....

Comment 71. A silenced Colt can shoot through ANYTHING, abeit it is much weaker when compared with the unsilenced.

Comment 72. I do agreed spray and pray is effective, but then that is only for short range. Face off with a M4A1 whore at the ranges will required short bursts. And by the way the AK seems to do more damage in bursts becos it takes only about 3 shots to take a man down in burst but 4 - 5 when rushing full auto.

Comment 73. The Sig Commando is a rather well balanced weapon, most pple agreed that it fairs better than the carbine at short range cos its ROF is higher. While it is nice to spray n pray with this gun, face off with an aug/M4/ak at long range and you would be deader than elvis.

Avoid the scope becos the ROF is halfed, you slow down and the scope simply bounces around when you fire. Fire in 3 shot burst, while aiming at the lower torso.

There is a good reason for this cos the aug can put 5 shots right through the same hole while being scoped and that is enough to kill you if you try to outsnipe him with the Commando.

The M4 can put 4 rounds right into you when silenced and it recovers faster, so it would make more sense to run around and burst rather than crouched there going full auto.

The ak does not need a lot shots to kill you ( 3 to be exact ) so running while taking short accurate bursts would make more sense than standing spraying or run spraying.

IN SHORT AVOID THE SIG'S SCOPE N QUIT SPRAYING AROUND.

The PARA is as accurate as the Commando while bursting so quit spraying as well. So unless you are providing Cover Fire quit spraying otherwise somebody with an mp5 can easily kill you and this make you look like an idiot.

Well.....i think that every1 who gave a the strats (bond etc) is an expert at this game...even though i knew all the stuff they said they are quite good. All the people who said that they should use the radar for strats is correct but not all the time. Just one example would be if you were on your own against more than one person on the other team.

Stuff that i learned is:

AK-If you have them at close or medium distance, you CAN just go full auto on them aiming for their feet. Other wise aim for neck and have fun.

M4A1- Unsilenced is more unaccurate BUT it is more powerful than silenced but silenced is more accurate. Go full auto if they are at close range.

MP5- This gun is unpredictable. With some luck you can go full auto at someone far away (sometimes even a hs) Close range you aim for their head with some luck OR aim for their chest.

AWp- Aim and shoot. :) But if you want to dodge another sniper then jump.... strafe in mid air to confuse them then shoot them when u land. (immeidiatly!)Same with scout.

Other notes- Mac10 is wicked awesome for hs(headshots) at close range. Nothin can beat it unless ur a n00b or the guy your firing at is wicked with his gun.

talk about guns, the para needs more power.

its recoil makes it even more worthless.

Whatever it is, the para is fun to use. Personally, I prefer using a USP than a desert eagle because firstly, the de only have 7 rounds in the clip. In a CQB, if you did not manage to kill an enemy after you fired the last bullet in the gun (no matter whether you hit that guy whit that shot or not), you may be in trouble, unless that guy is close enough for you to stab. Secondly, the recoil is somewhat irritating. Well, that is what I think, so don't take it to your heart.

No the deagle is a more skilled gun, not like the USP which is simply point and shoot and hopefully hit something, the deagle takes a bit of skill and hence more powerful. A good deagle whore can put down 2 guys before reloading............and OH! The deagle is more accurate and powerful and is more BADASS than the USP.

when you first log on to the site...there is a small pointer that says "popular" which is below the huge CS-Nation caption. Find that tiny popular and you should see CS guide. The guide is pretty good.

I agree with this 100%. When I have a Colt, I go unsilenced to get the most power on the initial close-range encounter. Then I switch between silenced and non-silenced depending on whether I'm trying to be stealthy and/or shoot long-range.

Pansy Ranger: When you were talking about the sig 552 being useless with the scope you are dead wrong. For medium and long range the sig 552 is one of the best guns in the game if the user can aim. If you get the crosshair on the enemy's head the sig is accurate enough to deliver 2 rounds in almost the same place if you are good at burst firing. Without the scope sig552 users would get beat by the m4a1 because of the m4a1's tighter crosshair and more accurate without zooming capabilities, unless again that is if the person we are talking about can aim. In conclusion the scope on the sig552 makes the gun, with out it you would be better off to use the ak.

Want MoRe AccUraCy?

There are a few steps you should take when improving accuracy in CS. Mr. Bond had very good tips but he is missing one of the most basic of hints......duck and fire.

You will find that if you crouch and fire, your crosshairs will decrease in size with most guns increasing your accuracy.

Next try this technique with the deagle. Learn how to use the deagle well and it will greatly improve your overall game.

With the mp5 strat he says start with the chest and move up. You need to start with the head and move down. The mp5's recoil is completely random like people have said except that its little random cloud is above the crosshairs after a few shots(I have no idea how many, but you can test it by shooting a wall).

Also, I think it would be cool if the person that made the strat could put a little tiny movie like the ones on the summerblue report or a downloadable demo/movie. This probably eats too much bandwith but I just thought I'd ask. I mean then me and the other comment whores could have more to disect and bash.

Another fun strat with the G3/SG1. Use it as a close range assault rifle! You definitely have to get a feel for firing the gun open-sighted though. However, it kills quick, and no one will ever expect that you'll come charging in with a semi-auto sniper rifle. Why, you'll be the talk of the whole server! (If you really want to impress, finish off a guy or two with the glock :-p)
