Any chance that we could get CSC hosted as a sub part of CS-Nation, kind of like barney/n@rby's maps and such? I know we'd all love to see a website dedicated to tracking the progress of this effort, with a public feedback/suggestions area instead of just an email address. Seeing as CS-Nation has been around for quite some time now, it seems that hosting a website for the mod letting us "relive the past" of CS would be a natural choice.



I sure hope this mod lives up to its potential. Sure, we'll all have our preferences for which beta we liked x aspect in better, but in the end... as long as it's mostly true to that era, we'll all be pleased. :)

ummm actually running with knife out does make you go faster compared to having a pistol or primary out/ there is no dramatic speed increase like there used to be, but its enough to annoy you when the person in front of you is rushing with a gun out and you are trying to get around them/

well, as a beta player, who started at b4, i look forward to this. i know that no one is completley satisfied with this thing yet (demanding m4 scopes, the old animations (from b6-7), the old knife speed increased), but who was happy with CS when it came out? they're both work-in-progresses, and get better (or worse, in some instances) through time.

*is this thing legal? if it stayed as CS-classic, maybe. CS could stand for.... ummm... uhhhh.... Coin-Shit-Classic or something, and in court the likenesses could be refered to as coincidences. but if it was Counter-Strike-Classic, then my guess would be no.



on a personal note, i would like to see this thing work with my horrible, shitty, no good very bad 8 or 16 mb vid card, the way cs used to work with perfectly.
