I think you can get the IPs from the CAL website, not sure what the site is though.

Oh wow. If we asked to be payed, posters like me would be SHUNNED and possibly KILLED and fed to rabid bunnies. As for HLTV IPs, it's hard to tell when or where they will ever show up if at all. SOMEONE needs to figure out a routine to collect and post them all each match night. If there's some way, let me know.
