• cs mtv2 from china has been released. it features u2's song elevation (in english) with the cs character models and maps helping out a bit. it's actually very, very cool. the file is 82.6 megabytes and i assume the server is located in china, so have a ball downloading it. the speeds were actually really nice for me.
  
  
  
  
• qnuc has opened his own scripting site. lot's of cool stuff here to learn from, but mainly aimed toward advanced scripters; if you're a total newbie be sure to check out our scripting section. nonetheless, qnuc also has a really nice script pack up.

• speaking of aliases, grogy has updated his alias pack. included is cs 1.5 compatibility and a crash fix for the name changer. the page is in german, but the aliases are in english.
  
  
  
  
• while we're on the subject and in case you missed it, rze's cs helper has been updated to version 15.0. various new features have been added, but nothing fixed--hey, nothing was broke!
  
  
  
  
• xgamingservers.com tells me that they reached their capacity a few days ago and got some new servers up and running last night. in addition, they'll be expanding to the pacific coast market very soon. be sure to grab your server today at a low price. hey, if they're nice enough to sponsor cs-nation, they must be a damn good service!
  
  
  
  
• fragapalooza, canada's largest lan event has over 1000 people registered. the lan event goes from july 11th-14th in the mayfield trade center in edmonton, alberta, canada. fragapalooza's numerous sponsors are sure to bring along some fun prizes. the three official tourneys will be cs, rocket arena 3, and halo on xbox.

Did you guys hear about Fragmaster coming back to Planet Half-Life to run the show? No offense Mugwum, LadyICE, or Jeh, but nothing could beat his mailbags! Hopefully he'll start to pen them again once he makes his grand entrance.
