CS-Nation's chatroom is getting a big overhaul. FuzioN and his crew of misfits have taken over the room, making it more active and actually planning various events for the community to enjoy. Our first event is a live chat with one of the best clans in the world: 3D. The chat will be held on irc.gamesnet.net in channel #csnation. If you have no idea what that means, read down a bit. The event will start at 11:30 AM PT or 2:30 PM ET Saturday (tomorrow; June 8, 2002). The chat will be 100% live and you'll be able to submit your own questions to our room's operators.
Our chatroom uses IRC, or Internet Relay Chat. To join in on the fun, you'll need an IRC client. I suggest mIRC (the makers just came out with a new version, by the way). After filling in your nick and whatnot click ``Ok'' and close whatever other windows are open. Select the status window and type in:
Post-event update: It turns out 3D forgot about their own CPL regional finals, so we brought in some CAL-I clan members and NiP's Gex. Rambo (from 3D) did tell us his clan would be interested in rescheduling.
