Ok, people, I'm about to go get a new computer SOLELY for gaming and entertainment purposes. Yes, I've heard that AMD performs better on windows compared to Intel's Pentium; even if the Pentium is clocked at a higher speed. However, I don't know how well AMD performs on games(?). I'm leaning towards buying an AMD 1900+xp with 1 gig of ddr ram, but a 2.2 ghz p4 doesn't sound bad either. Help.



No Alienwares please. Just looking for processor suggestions.
