Planet Half-Life has unveiled their newest hosted creation - the Map-Rating System. Additionally, beta 4 of this tool has been released. For the uneducated, MRS allows cs server admins to give voting controls to players. In essence, if everyone voted for that new rats map, it would win and be added to the server's map cycle.
