Well after just playing I say 25 get busted by CS gaurd, and 1 get stopped by the HL engine. Wow really good job there. Oh and I am not supporting valve with my money because I got the game from a friend. Just take a look at some of the great things they do. Man those auto snipers are great. Buying Mac10 bullets in 12s when the clip in 25 is another great "feature". This list goes on and on. And if I remember correctly, after people started using the builtin wall hack, it took valave about a month or two or more to fix it.

some people said this release fixes it but ive tried 2 servers and it still kicks me. maybe they havent upgraded (?). dont really wanna keep trying because it says 'repeat offenders might be permanently banned from all secure servers'

zimzap is just pissed off about CS 1.4. Yeah, I'm sure CSGuard catches more people. You know this because you play CS so often, even though you hate CS 1.4. This is a continual process of beating up on Valve, not a formal investigation.
I care about zimzap's opinion like I care about ants eating a rotten apple. Be a critic all you want. The people who actually play the game are benefitting from the anti-cheat.Comment

HLG detected OGC 8.0 for about 1 day.
The built in wallhack had a fix out within 2 days.
If you go to ANY cheating forum you will see EVERYONE complaining about valves anti-cheat.
If you hate CS so much, please do not play it. That is all. Go spread your stupidity on the SOF2 forums...i think OGC might work for that game

Oh so CSG catchs no 1.4 hacks? Yea those bi-weekly updates do nothing. My point is a third-party program like CSG should not provide better protection then the built in one. Quite frankly I don't care about 1.4 its just valve's lazyness that pisses me off.Comment

I'm not going to list the cheats that are/aren't detected by us. It will be
changing almost daily, and that type of information would never be public.

To be fair, it'll never be daily updates.
Zimzap: I believe most support for CSG has been unofficial, but I could be wrong. In either case, calling Valve's anti-cheat a failure is spreading, as slashdotters would say, FUD. Fear, uncertainity, and doubt will not get CS 1.3 jumping added to CS again.
It's like a freaking witch hunt with some of you. It's impossible that Valve accomplishes anything, I guess. No wonder they are so successful: they fail at everything. :PComment

Ahahaha im watching people get "disconnected" left and right. I go into a server and it just says "was disconnected from the server" or something like that, so i look up to the left of my screen and see the people leaving.. lol VALVe does own. now if they can keep it up to date like they say then that would be awsomeAdded @ [time="1021543499"]
