Ikonboard Skin

Thanks to JohnnyRisClown for informing me that FireStarter's over at Counter-Server has released a Counter-Strike skin for Ikonboard 3.0 users. Here's a preview:

Grab it right here. Hopefully cliffe will use this for the official CS forums soon, once it actually loads for anyone outside of a 1 mile radius to the server.

Csn is a part of counter-strike.net. Those forums are a part of counter-strike.net. Therefore those forums are a part of Csn. Theres no need to have boards here.

Unless you want to spend two and a half hours to read a bunch of "current version of cs sucks, I am leaving the community" threads, or a bunch of "I made a crappy one room map, look!" threads then I wouldn't go the official forums.

Will CSN forums be well moderated though...? Or will they descend into flamewar after flamewar? I know CSN does a great job but does it have the manpower to monitor their forums to the extent that they are worth visiting?

IkonBoard is very slow for big databases, like it is for Counter-Strike forums. I suggest you just wait for IBForums to come out, written in php, instead or perl. It is much faster, much more features and much less buggier then IkonBoard. The new IBForums are supposed to come out within a week, not sure exactly when though.
