Militia - Part 1

The Family God recently gave me a chance to check out his new CS movie, the first part of his CS in-game movie "Militia." I've seen a few in-game movies and they basically all suck. This in-game movie, on the other hand, is absolutely great. The movie itself reminds me of two things: those old Halo movies and when we used to troll around in free-look mode trying to do some nice camera tricks.



The camera work in this movie is brilliant and easily the best ever in an in-game movie. The game uses voice recordings and character actions to simulate a normal story line and it's not bad at all, unlike some of the other cheesy stuff I've seen.



There's no reason for me to write a long winded review for you crazy people, as the smaller download is only 6 megabytes. Here are the downloads by way of FilePlanet:

I would like to take a few seconds of everyones reading time and say that The_Family_God did an extraordinary job on directing this movie in and out of the server. I myself did act in this movie (#1 CT) aka 'the oh my god' guy as Rizzuh calls me. Anyways As I said before, making movies never seemed fun until I ran across The_Family_God and it was worth all the time I put into it. Part 2 should be even more fun and better!

I'd also like to give shoutouts to everyone who saw and enjoyed the movie. I was also an actor in the movie, the CT who was sitting outside the front and who got into the gun fight with the Terrorist in the window (tef.7thLegion) ... The_Family_God is the worlds best director, he spent countless hours on editing and everything. It was mad fun. One night we finished filming at 11:00pm and he was up until 5:30am the next morning editing the entire time ... Hes awesome ... Thanx again everyone and thanx Family_God ... You too Rizzuh for putting this on your site, thank you all! :)
