cs 1.4 lowers my fps about 20 so it runs around 30-60 now instead of 100, does anyone else have this problem??

Its really humorous how arrogant our race is. You have these people that are spoon fed their lives to them from the day they were nurtured out of a hospital bed(including me) and they take almost every aspect of their lives AS THE WAY THINGS SHOULD BE. Sitting down in front of a computer and controlling everything that happens does not take away from this, and personifies some people into the very epideme of selfishness and arrogance. They appreciate almost nothing, take everything for granted and absolutely MUST have things their way lest heaven forfend against the Apocalyptic consequences. You people that have the temerity to bitch about the content of the games that you play and how they are changed, do you ever stop to think about all of the hard work and many hours that went into the creation of these games. How far would you be without the integrity and work ethic of these people producing something solely for the purpose of your enjoyment. You would be beating off to dancing images of your naked cousin behind a tree, or some equally churleous, adolescent activity. You fucking people(excluding people dumb enough to pay for the software) are recieving many hours of wasted potentialy productive time, in the form of flagstaffian enjoyment FOR FREE. You payed for the initial software(or pirated it, not a bad approach)of Half-Life, enjoyed the fruits of that in all its splendor, and unless you found something wrong with its revolutionary storyside techniques, must have enjoyed the hell out of it. Then a group of people decided to enrichen the game so all could have fun with it, and you people demand, bitch and complain(most often such posts being the only ones that really matter) about it. I say fuck you. Make your own game, tailor it to your own bunnyhopping needs, and when people dont like it, tell them to blow it up their asses. I am greatly looking forward to the next release and all subsequent releases of this great game. However, if the next release doesnt meet my personal standards, im not going to raise Cain and tell everybody how badly Valve fucked up, I will simply quit playing and find another way to waste my time.

The end of CS no one will play any more, dont believe me but you will see the huge number of players drop threw out the first month, wait and see or people will like but then get tired of it like a lot of other games, because thats the only thing i like about CS it doesnt really get to boring, but we wikll have to wiat and see

Personally, i think they should just put CS back to 1.1. The game was so much better. AK blows now and they didnt list that they crapped it out in the changes. The voice shit is useless cause no one knows how to tweak it (n00bs). The new maps suck. I repeat the AK sucks now in 1.3. You know, some shitheads cant leave a good game the way it is. I got pissed off about CS when 1.3 came out so i played DOD. Then the fuckers screwed that game over. I think the CS team should be hung by their nuts.

I was playing a game of CS in a friendly server no one was talking shit. (no admins) Then someone name [Myg0t]Heroin joined (for those of you who dont know he committed suicide) and this person started saying things like "im a cheating faggot and i cant take life so i am going to take the pussy way out". I am not a supporter of hackers and i think they should just leave the game alone. But for someone to do that and say shit like that should be shot. Some people take the game wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too far.

Im glad 1.4 but im also horrified. I own so badly with USP but when i usp i jump continuously.. thats how i get all the hs with it. So this totally screws up my USP skillz.. i usually use it 9/10 of the rounds i play

Wow! There were a lot of changes I did not know about. This new version seems very cool =). One of the things I DON'T like though, is the change of jumping values (so that it gets the same tiredness of jumping that came in a past version of DoD). It sucks and destoryes many fleeing situations when being shot at. I'm not saying it destroyes to everyone, but many players plays with more jumping in some situations and this will force them to change their cs-play a bit...

I have 1.3 installed on my primary HD as a mod to HL. Can I install HL on my second HD and run 1.4 from there. So I can run both; or will this mess something up in my registry or my IRQ's.

im very releived they are changing the radio sounds back the way they were. It pretty much killed most of the radio commands. Since 1.3 came out all i really hear is gogogo and follow me.
