ALL skilled CS players are saying the same ... the new gameplay SUCKS ... the rythm in the game is DEAD ... We"ll see what will happen but i sense a large part of the SKILLED cs community will either play older beta's again or shift to another game or even worse just quit the scene...If by ``SKILLED'' community you mean the bunnyhoppers who jump with the DE and accuse anyone who kills them of cheating, then I do hope they shift to something else. ``SKILLED'' players are the ones making the game not fun. Too many people are worried about killing everyone on the other team and not carrying out the objectives, while whining about how their score sucks when they die a few times.

I like that FINALLY they made the BULLETS the gun shoots the main factor in damage, and not the gun. A 9mm is a 9mm no matter what gun it gets fired from. Same for the .223 and the .308. Thank the maker...!Added @ [time="1019585888"]

puffy makes a very valid point, most of the cs players who consider themselves skilled meerly exploit parts of the game to gain advantages which in my opinion is kin to cheating. For example, the +use key to stop and fire the awp and get 100% acuraccy whilst jumping, the fastwitching and accurate unzoomed shot etc.
These "skills" are better off out of the game along with any player who considers themselves a good CS player because they know how to exploit the system.
Making wild generalisations about how everyone apparently feels is almost as stupid as the skills these players apparently have, im sure just like every other version of cs released will have players leaving in their thousands because cirtain individuals feel they have "ruined" the game. Or not.
Those who leave won't be missed, we could do without the whiny bitches who think Valve and the CS developers actually owe you something..Comment

I've been playing the beta...
Things i dont like:
Can't move when planting: (As some1 put it earlier.. no more "1337" planting on Dust2)
Jumping: I do like the idea, but they fucked it up. I can think of a few maps where Teams would have advantages now because 1 team wont be able to make it to a spot on the make quick enough because it requires multiple jumps.. (The apartment on italy for example)
Radio commands: they should have left them alone..
the list goes on.... and there are also a lot of things i do like, but just like when 1.3 came out. You seen a lot of people complaining about HS's etc... after time they got used to it. You will adapt and you will still own if you are 1337..
For those of you who are using 1.4 as an excuse not to play CS anymore.. Good for you, and good bye. Your nothing put panzy's..

By the way, 1.4 is quite realistic in most cases. I am a Marine with 2nd Force Recon out of Camp Lejeune, NC. I am also detatched to a sniper team. Not a bad job at all.....takes care of all the bunnyhop queers sitting on their fat asses with their nimble "1337" fingers on their fat keyboards...Not bad at all.....No more bouncy queers....
