New CSGuard Version

[CSN NewsBot]

CSGuard config file has been updated once again by United Admins. The changelog includes:

• added lots more cheats (it's now totally up-to-date with new cheats)
  
  
• contains a new ogc v7.3x detection routine for the most popular ogcs
  
  
• contains an optional check for ogc variants (see end of csgchecks.cfg)
  
  
• added a check for cheats blocking the exec command (logs and kicks only)

Go get it!

I seen CSG 8 going off on the www.runarena.com regular map CS server. Man I never seen so many cheaters get banned in 20 mins :)
