LAN Party updates

Just when you thought they had gone away, two more LAN Parties have made themselves known:

• millionmanlan is just over a month away, and with an estimated 5000 gamers in 2 cities (la and louisville), it's worth a glance.
  
  
• fragnation (ny) is also happening on may 11th, which doesn't give you plenty of time to get registered.

MML is supposed to be fun and huge. I liked LANwar, which is one of the sponsoring parties. Too bad it's on the worst possible weekend for humanity. Anyone else have 48282 things going on Memorial Day weekend?

I've been to two Lanwars here at Louisville and they both rocked. However, my friend brought up a very valid point about MML. Instead of the usual 500 gamer Lanwar that is held at the University of Louisville. It's going to be 5000 gamers at the Kentucky State Fairgrounds. I'm somewhat concerned about thievery and the like. I may still go, but probably not.

Being that I go to the FragNation LAN you have been misinformed, we have a LAN every month during the summer. If you had read the date correctly you would have seen that date was the last LAN which was Novemeber of last year. We do not hold many LANs during the winter because most of the attendees are college students who can not make it anyways.

Also we are not located in NYC, we are 400 miles away in Buffalo.

I suggest you get your facts straight before you mock someone.

I am also a FragNation staffer and the date of the lan is printed in bold on the top of the page and it has been that way since it was announced weeks ago. It is 5/11. Stop being dyslexic and read the numbers right. Just because you made the mistake doesn't mean we don't provide the information. Also, it appears you guys have made no attempt at actually finding out about the lan itself. Just because you hear New York state, you assume it is in NYC. Tell ya what, if you want to make meaningful news posts, go out and investigate first. Your comment about our site was completely unbacked and completely unnecessary. I have been coming to csnation for a long time and I enjoy what rizuh has done here, but acting like a little child when you are wrong doesn't make you look good. So we would appreciate it if the information was changed. Thank you.

The information has been changed. In the past, I have always read dates with the day first then the month, and have never known it to be any different, although I am sorry for the missunderstanding. Also, I am from the UK and NYC and NYC state make no difference to me.
