CSBLd 1.4 released

Version 1.4 CS Blacklist has been released. With the major kinks worked out, this version focuses on fixing bugs but also adds a couple of new features.

• addition: added option for csbld to dump to multiple files.
  
  basically csbld will put the banned cheater entries in different files to eliminate the problem of server lag/crashes/slow map changes/etc.
  
  
• addition: csbld will now print some output to console so you know it's working.
  
  
• bugfix: when you have an old version, the client will now display the version that it gets from the server, rather than your current version.
  
  
• bugfix: csbld should now look for the config file in the proper place.
  
  
• bugfix: if your client is not in the database, csbld will now display an appropriate error rather than a version mismatch.
  
  
• bugfix (server): fixed a bug which was resulting in server processes not dying off properly.
