Well, the reason it is Engrish in the first place is because they dont have the "la" sound in Japan so they use "ra" in any words of English that have an L in them. Maybe you have seen an example in "A Christmas Story" a very famous, and funny Christmas move. The Japanese chefs at the end try to seen 'tis the season to be jolly, but they wind up saying "Tis the season to be jorry, fa ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra" Anyways, since English has an L in it, we call their messed up English, Engrish, because of that very reason.

what the hell??! I checked this comments and none of them really relates to the main freaking thing. The skin changer. Anyway, Im trying to look for any information on how to install and how to use this skin changer.Unfortunately, the doc. in the site was not "engrish". Anyone know any links that can translate this to "engrish" or someone can translate the doc.? Please help. Thanks in advance.

                    www.google.com has Language tools.

Just go there, go to language tools. Then a little down it says translate this page. Just put in the website URL and translate German to English.
