Fear not friends, i'm working on a big news update with pretty screenshots and everything. It's ok tho, i'm still fiffin it up hay nuef.
btw, i'm still getting a lot of emails asking how to get started in mapping so chew over this before you resort to emailing me.
1. Get Worldcraft 3.3 (level editor) here
2. Read this tutorial on setting it up
3. This tutorial covers building your first "room" in worldcraft
4. Now you're rolling, read the tutorials here and here.
5. Finally, you're going to need to compile so look here.
Note: To make maps for Counter-strike you will need the CS fgd which can be found here.
