I like all of them pistols (exept the glock, i hate it),
and i buy my pistols quite randomly.

My favourite handgun is the USP. Its powerfull, cheap, fast & stabile..
Thats why i like it, when i join ct, its most because of this gun.Comment

The USP is the best gun in terms of power, cip cap and that handy little recoil which busts your shot in to the suckaz head. If im a terrorist though, i most likely will be purchasing something short range like the M3 shotgun, so ill stick with the Glock. who knows when your gonna be stuck on a field with a shotgun and someone on the other side wielding a M4-A1. In times like this you have a better chance with a glock than your shotgun.

Of course the deagle is the most powerful, but I simply love the usp, simply because if you have av gunfight, the usp is more accurate, the other guns is fearly weak if you miss on the headComment

USP is the best pistol for me... cause it is the most well rounded...
The Deagle is very strong but too small a clip and slow Rate of Fire so you can only fire 2 or 3 shots if you're strafing around a corner...
The Glock and the Five-Seven are just too weak to do much damage...
Berretas are also weak as hell... Only good thing though, is the higher ROF than the Glock and the 30 round clip... Bad thing is that reload takes forever and it costs $1000...
I have not idea what's good about the P228... It's kinda like the USP except 1 more bullet per clip and it isn't silent...
USP has a 12 round clip (more than deagle), medium damage (more than the glock, Five-Seven, or the Berretas), and a silencer (which no gun has)... The silencer kicks ass cause it lets you pick off people from the back and when you're in a group, people usually don't fire at you cause they don't hear you (less attractive target)...Comment

It really gets me mad that the USP is so good. It's a starting pistol and it (consistently) beats all the other pistols (in the hands of other players, too -- not just me). Listen to a firefight in the first round and all you will hear is USPs (some deagles thrown in too.) On top of that, the USP doesn't cost anything to the CTs, so they can buy armor or a grenade instead, while the Ts have to use their money to replace that peashooter.
I usually play as T, and I always buy the sig p228. This gun rocks. You might hate it becuase of the sound, but it's easily changed. You also may be thrown off by it inaccuracy at first, but when you buy the gun, the first 3 bullets you fire are always way off target. Ridding the gun of these 3 bullets (fire, fire, fire, reload, ready to go) will ensure a round of owning (unless you're up against USP! ARGH).
The RoF is higher than the deagle. Its clip is almost twice the size. Also, the power is good... it is a magnum (I think that's what those ammo things say.) If you come across someone in CQB, all you need to do is jump over them and shoot downwards... you'll hit their head and then they'll die. LRB rae good too, after the first 3 rounds the gun is usually spot-on accurate.

the p228 can be chambered for .357 sig..which is just barely considered a magnum at 38000 psi, what sets it apart from the 9mm and the .45 is it's exceptional velocity depending on the load over 1400 feet per second...which makes it more accurate and more likely to penetrate armor....it does however sometimes have a problem with underexpansion....all this of course is a nonfactor..the weapons in counterstrike are at best a semi accurate representation...which i don't mind sacrificing ballistic truths for better balanced game play.....whatever..Comment

My favorite this week is the five-seven, beacause of it's high rof and accuracy. I read earlier that the berretas only took away six damage points when fired in a cheast wearing kevlar. What's the point of even having these guns in the game. Their only plus is the large magazine capacaty, but what's the point with having 30 rounds if you get killed before you can finish half of it? btw next week I think I'll be using the p228 a lot more because I just downloaded a new skin, making it look totally lethal!!Comment

Ummm... I like both the Usp and the Deagle. If im CT I'll usually just buy Kevlar and rounds, but if im terrorist I'll buy a Deagle. I like the Deagle because it is packs a punch, but I also like the Usp because it is pretty accurate for a pistol and packs a good punch. The Five-Seven sux because it is very inaccurate and i cant stand the glock, because its weak, not very accurate, and cant be silenced like the Usp. Another Plus for the Usp there.Comment
