You can't agree to the NDA without agreeing to the NDA. Unless there is some sort of NDA in the EULA when you install steam, you are not bound to any NDA.



Plus, it's public, meaning the NDA would be impossible to enforce in the courts.

I havent played cs on my comp, but ive played it on a friends broadband connection and im quite pleased with what i saw, im glad that ppl moaned and moaned about the jump issue coz it made it seem 10x worse than it actually is.

Anyone should know the reason this Beta was released. hehe. There just testing the jumping with the public :) If enough people like the new changes they will keep them :P They want the public's opinion without having to set up a a place to email or that kinda crap. Well thats what I think
