elites are 100% pointless. For the price of the elites you could buy full armor and ammo for your primary gun, which is a hell of alot better combo then the elites.
APC also useless, but that thing was just fun :)
sig sniper gun usless, but you can get a couple kills with it. But why not just get awp for less.
I never really played ES maps, no servers ran em and when they did the map would change pretty quickly...
As for adminmod, its great if you remove all the extra pointless crap. It allows you to give various people access to your server without giving them rcon. But i agree, admin_slap, vote_map, etc...

The thing i disliked most 'bout es maps was you went through all the trouble of escaping into a rather badly drawn wylee cyote type tunnel..or sommin outta who framed roger rabbit

SIG, worthless? Hell no, try attacking enemies with it (duh), without any zooming in, you'll be amazed how fun and cool it is. Try it if you like to show the ppl you dominate. I'm also surprised how easy it is the get a headshot with it, like the easiest way in the game or something like that.
(AWM/P is gay. I hate the bloody thing. And SIG costs $4250, compared to $4600 for a AWM/P.)
As for Elites - they (too) are cool. Sure, it's not THE best weapon out there, but still, the kick you get when you pwn someone with Elites could be compared to a Glock frag or TMP frag. NOT worthless.
ES-maps - never played them, 'cause I never found one. It sounds like they're fun though - no DM there. Or is it?
APC - This was my choice. Why? Never ever tried it out. Bet it could be fun, but since this was the most useless I could choose from those 4 examples, well - "this was the dumbest thing ever added to Counter-Strike."
This was a stupid poll. Like asking for which map people think is the best. "Dust or Militia?". No other alternatives.Comment

i hate dust and miltia equally. my two least fav maps.
youve never had the experience of driving the apc? its unlike anything else. you get to carry an empty apc into the garage and get shot in the head since its the only thing the t's can see. or you can duck and try to blindly find the entrance to the garage and run over some team mates. OR you could just aim for your team mates and run them over.Comment

We are talking about the overpriced auto rifle, the Sig 550, not the commando. The commando kicks ass.

btw Astral, if you are ever in a clan match and use the elites, you will prolly get kicked out. That goes for the mac10 and tmp. You either save up, use a deagle, or if you have enough - mp5. You can't take chances and try to get "1337" kills in a match. While the mac10 (unlike the tmp) is excellent for dropping enemies at close range, it has no power or accuracy at range.Comment

Dual Berettas aren't that bad... very effective and satisfying to kill with them.
The ES maps just suck... the concept was interesting but ultimately failed.
The APC wasn't that bad, but it wasn't all that useful because of abuse.
The SIG sniper was brutal, but there are still people who use it...Comment

I don't understand what a "satisfying" kill is when it comes to the elites and other shitty guns, to me thats nailing someone in one shot across the map with a deagle or something. The APC would have served a purpous if assualt rifle fire was unable to penetrate it.Comment

Dude- what gun can you buy for 850 ( I subtracted the amount of $ that the armor cost from how much a elite cost ) dollars? Damn dude- I know the duels aren't that great- but they are fun to use if you have a good primary gun.Comment

If you have a good primary then your only going to be using your pistol in a backup situation, in which case a usp, or deagle get the job done much cheaper and faster.Comment
