Drone, kevlar won't help you if you are shot three times in the chest and a helmet won't protect you if you're shot in the head. 10% of your kevlar can be down and the bullet could have hit the middle of your chest, killing you. And helmets are designed to protect against flak and low caliber bullets... Even then....

Its nice to see that they are making an addon that will bring new life to the game and engine but what Im really waiting on is CS2 on the TF2 engine.. waiting, waiting, waiting... 1 year 4 months left!

I don't think the LAw is bad, I think it would be more terroristic if it was the RPG-9 but nothings perfect. In every other Tom Clancy novel there is a scene with the RPG thats cool. I can't wait to check out a terrorist coming out of a crouch in a parked truck to fire and take out the VIP. I think the RPg should be expensive, hard to aim somehow, and perhaps only one person a round. Maybe it could be like the bomberman in AS.



I am not sure if the riot shields will work, probably not.



New rifles sound ok, but uninteresting like the Aug.



The nades will be awesome. The smart people like me will be able to use them really effectively. The funny thing is, along with constant explosions, strafing rifle shots that hit nothing, flashbangs, smoke grenades, now the hall in Dust will be filled with tear gas and fire. Be interesting with FF on, be like world war 1 with a big huge dead zone in the middle and people popping up to shoot every once in awhile.



CS in not primarily CQC as someone said, it is a scary mix of stealth, cqc, idiocy, long-range combat, rushing, and camping.



I would like to see more old school styled levels. I miss arab streets, alley, rotterdam, etc.

Kevlar can stop a rifle round at any range and unless it hit's twice in one place (which is unlikely). the shot should have no ill affect on you and you should be able to take another. The reason you don't hear about vest taking 3 or 4 shots is becasue in RL firefights end with one hit. And thats another thing this isn't real life and their for armor could be made alitite stronger then in real life. I got no problem with an AK headshot killing me but pistol shouldn't. The the armor should do something if not totaly stopping damge bringing it down ALOT as it is it's like it's not their.

Kevlar is designed to stop low caliber bullets. And to give you a possible better chance of living with higher caliber bullets. Meaning, maybe they'll save you in the ER.

Everybody is going way too nuts over the LAW in CZ. I don't know why. Its a single fire missile launcher. Its just an HE grenade that flys in a straight line. And buying one keeps you from buying flashbangs and smoke grenades (if I remember correctly). It shouldn't really unbalance anything.
