The good clan leaders always talk about the dedication they have to their clan. In some cases this is true, yes there are actual power hungry CS players out there (almost too many). But in other cases, the leaders have constructed well-organized clans, which requires little input from them (but still manages to run itself well). To attain a clan like this takes abit of work in the beginning (which works quite well really, seeing as most clan leaders have loads of enthusiasm at the start). But it's not all work… Errrmmm, well yes it is really… But at least you'll have control of your clan (or will the clan have control of you?)If you haven't checked it out, be sure to do so. It has some very vital information to get your clan going and keep it going for a long time.
