I would say that they need to find the people who make the cheats and prosecute them within the full extent of the law and put it all over the cs sites as a lesson to cheaters and better yet, threaten to prosecute ANY CHEATER. Can't we do that?

It's so often that a CS release and a HL patch are at different times.
