Cheating Death Interview

How long and to what degree do you imagine Cheating Death will endure before you might have to release a new version?

CDeath - That's a difficult question. There are such a variety of skill levels out there. Most people who use cheats and claim to be "hackers" can't even write code. Then there is a much smaller set of people who get source code and ideas from other people, put it together, and make a cheat. My guess is that these people will have a difficult time hacking C-D. They are accustomed to detection-based anti-cheats that can be defeated by renaming cvars and dlls, and changing how their cheat looks. C-D is not based on detection, so their current "hacking" techniques will not work.

You know, I think we should keep Xander1 around, not for promoting cheats, but for simple humor. Kinda like a Saturday morning cartoon. In actuality coyotes trying to drop enormous boulders on birds is a horrible thing but we have learned to see it as funny. Same holds true for Xander1. I no longer take him seriously. I laugh at his silly comments.

You know Xander there is such a thing as a fight worth fighting. Your view is BS in my mind. You say any anti-cheat will just be hacked. Um I don't know if you've noticed but every hack has been stopped at one point or another by new revisions to anti-cheat software.
On the one hand your saying there will always be someone to hack so give up. But your forgetting the important thing. THERE WILL ALWAYS BE SOMEONE TO STOP THE CHEAT, SO WHY BOTHER HACKING!
It's actually a waste of time on everyones part so the only thing cheaters have really done is waste their own life programing hacks that get stopped, then attempting to hack again etc...Comment
