And about the +18 limit, I don't care because in my clan there is already a +18 limit, because we doesn't like young ppl joining us, many young players are skilled that's a fact, but many of them doesn't have the sense of teamplay, and doesn't care about their fellow players....

Younger players can appreciate the benefits of teamwork just as much as an older person can. I actually find that there are more 18+ who are horrible team players then under 18 :)
Aside from that I think the 18+ rule is pretty dumb as the CS community is diverse in it's age grouping. It should be 18+ but require parental consent from those under 18, that would make sense to me.Comment
