I hate how all the little geeks at my school think that Warcraft III will be a life altering experience for them. They have built such hyped expectation for the game by checking the Blizzard web site every day and perusing through hundreds of previews, that they have a warped reality of what the game will be. Oh sure, the game will rock, Blizzard rocks, but not to the level they are expecting it to. That it what I am afraid will happen to me with CZ. CZ will be OK, after all narby is working on it. I don't want to get inflated, distorted expectations of the game, though. I won't preorder the game, nor will I read the CS:CZ preview section. I've heard enought about the game to be somewhat excited. When I buy a game, I only look at scores for the game, I never read what the game is about. That way it's such a pleasant suprise to see all the things I hadn't known about. All the Warcraft II geeks already know the game, they understand every aspect of it, they will be able to hop on Battle.net and be a veteran their first day. I like learning about a game, coming along slowly. That is fun for me. I have ranted and my opinion matters little to you.

Warcraft III is gonna rock and you know it... Blizzard has consistantly come out w/top notch games, so I think the excitment is well deserved. CZ is being hyped to the max (which it probably deserves). The difference between warcraft III and CZ is that a lot of people have been playing Counter-Strike for almsost 2 years, so we know how the game works. People still haven't played Warcraft III yet, so they shouldn't get their panties into a bind about it.

CZ looks like it will be ok, but I find it hard to get excited about it.



WarCraft 3 will probably be a big deal, Blizzard does a good job on making games. I love Starcraft after all these years.



New World Order is the game I'm looking forward to...it might be next step for a Tacticle FPS.

This is what ive heard from some interview with someone from Gearbox. CS wont get the multi-player patch to play with the CS-CZ maps, weapons etc. I was told before that this would happen, and when i read the interview i got dissapointed.



CS will once again be invaded by CS-CZ n00bs and we cant strike back... sad time's ahead.
