I know only too well the whole "working hard to do something for the community and never playing CS" as I did it for nearly a year when I ran [NTC] - Newbie Training Clan.



It's now a dead thing, but towards to end I was spending about 10 hours plus per week updated news on the site and training people in the art of CS! With over 60 (I think!) members at its highest point across 2 continents it was bloody hard work and when it all fell apart I got very dispirited.



What do I do now? Well, I actually enjoyed alot of the webmaster stuff and wanted to get back into playing CS and enjoying it more, so when [NTC] finally died I joined a normal regular clan and became its webmaster.
