Today, starting around 11 AM PST, the CPL matches will start up again. For the upper bracket it's going to be quite the day.
First up, Ninjas in Pajamas and 4Kings will take on each other. Both clans are from Europe and are extremely skilled, but the favorite has to be NiP (who was seeded #1). mTw and aT will face off next, deciding who plays the winner of NiP vs 4K (later today). Though aT is seeded higher, I'm leaning towards mTw today. I doubt either of them stand a chance against NiP or 4K.
In the next rung there's Infernum vs Schroet Kommando. sK is seeded higher (significantly), but Infernum beat SoA, albeit barely. Infamous (seeded #22) gave sK a run for their money earlier, showing that sK isn't nearly as skilled as some of the other clans playing. I'm sure this will be a good fight. On the same rung is X3 vs DoP, two Texas-based American clans. Though I'm sure this match will be a nice watch, X3 has almost always beaten DoP in lan events and, specifically, the CPL. I've heard DoP has a better roster this year, so who knows? Whoever wins this match will face off with the winner of the Infernum vs SK match, later in the day.
