Server ping tweak

The popular All-Seeing Eye has been updated to show servers running a new server-side tweak program called HLDS Ping Booster. Only server administrators running Linux will need this file, which simply removes the state of idleness a server goes into every 15ms between each frame. Sounds promising enough on paper, I wonder if there is an actual noticeable performance difference though.

I hear it only gives a good boost if the CPU on the server is maxed or close-to-maxed out. Makes sense to me.
