ive never seen the point of scripts. esp. buy scripts.



anyone with decent hand-eye coordination can do the same a buy script does.



like me, im always out of the buyzone first (2-3 sec zombie time) fully equipped with all i need. all this without buyscripts, AND i use VGUI menus hehe. even if theres no zombie time, im still one of the first ppl out of the buyzone because i buy things while im running.

As long as you spawn far back enough, yeah.



But here's what I'd have to press:



b, 4, 3, b, 1, 5, b, 8, 3, b, 8, 4, b, 8, 4, b, 8, 5, b, 6, b, 7.



Those b, 8's could be v's instead, cutting a few short.



I'm sorry if I can't do 18 keypresses that fast; and usually I have to do them more than once because of lag and one of them gets missed.



And if I don't have the money, I have to buy something else instead, possibly wasting time thinking about what I'll buy.



With autobuy, I've set it up to press a single button and regardless of money I've pretty much got the best set-up I can get for how much money I have. Buy scripts are similar.



Although I figure with autobuy nobody really needs normal buy scripts...

The rebuy feature is sometimes handy when you buy alot of stuff Thortok. Also, instead of using the b,8,6 and b,8,7s, you should just hit , and . while buying other stuff, it'll buy you your primary and secondary ammo, and that way you don't have to buy 100 bullets for a USP when you'll probably only use about 10 shots max if you have a primary.

The idea is that I don't want to spasm over my keyboard typing all that in.



With ONE SINGLE KEYPRESS I'm on my way, with autobuy, no matter how much money I have I know I'll have the gun I want in my hands. For servers with no buy time, it's perfect.

heres a hint how i do it so fast: primary, secondary and equipment menus are bindable.



so for: ak47, deagle, flash, HE, smoke i do:



b, 4, 2, b, 1, 4, (here i start running from spawn) e, 4, e, 5, e, 3, q (primary ammo), w (secondary ammo).



not that much at all, i dont even think about it, i do it automatically.

besides i hardly die, so i only need to buy some ammo and nades at the beginning of the round.



but to each his own.
