The source code? Yep, any slack-jawed yokel with a C++ compiler can make their own cheats in two shakes of a whistle (or any other small object).
I don't really know what to say. Yeah, it sucks, but we've dealed with so many cheats in the past.. It's almost like you get used to it. You'd think that cheaters get immune to the thrill, too. I think the real fun of CS is teamplay and not just killing someone, but that's me.
