Calm down everyone, CS 1.3 for Windows will be released tomorrow at around 11 AM PDT (2 PM EDT). The new HL patch, 1.1.0.8, will be released tomorrow either before or after CS 1.3 is released. Valve is kind of insane, so the Linux HL patch is floating out and about, but doesn't seem to have a lot of mirrors.
