A new version of Rat RCon has been released! What the Jesus is Rat RCon? How does remote admining of a server sound? Well you have some attitude mister, and besides, no one cares what you think. Since I know everyone loves this program, lets review the changes, children:

• netcode updated - status command will work on servers with <= 16 players.
  
  
  
  
• server chat functionality updated with a comprehensive features and ability to monitor multiple servers allowing the administration of wars without being on the server.
  
  
  
  
• server chat's are now logged to a file which is located under the main folder of rat rcon server logs in a folder determined by the ip of the current server, this allowing for wars to be logged without having to have ftp access to the server.
  
  
  
  
• resizable dialog boxes providing user flexibility on server position and layout.

New Rat RCon

Rat RCon, a popular administration tool for Half-Life server admins has just been updated to build 284. Here are some of the changes from the last release.

- Third revision of the server chat function



- Increased the accuracy of the Auto ip detect function



- Changed format of ServerSettings from dat to txt making for easier exspantion



- Passwords are now encrypted using a very simply xor algor ( email me if u break it )



- Server chat team detection made mod independent and should colour code different sides

in different colours for CS TFC and DOD ( email me if this dosent work for a mod your using it for )



- Just some general bug fixes and another attempt to fix the 512 packet fragmentation server bug

( email me if u know what to stop this from happening )

This is a great program, I use it pretty much every day. clicky clicky!

New Rat RCon

A new version of Rat RCon (a remote HL admin tool) has been released. Build 304 has various changes, so happy-fun-post-them-time:

• implemented the first stage of multi mod support which currently selects with map list will be used
  
  
• fixed a null pointer exception which i dont know how it came about as the code it originated in hasn't been modified for some time
  
  
• changed the ip auto detection code for server chat which will hopefully facilitate the ability of people to find the correct ip to use

Those null point exceptions are a bitch.

Yeah...I don't see why you would want to proliferate the use of a tool that removes CS.
