So you want some new files, eh?

• gamespy2mirc has been updated to version 3.4. what's new?
  
  
  
  
  • added: error handling for all the input fields (messages, irc info etc.) .. you shouldn't be able to make the script perform in ways not intended anymore ;-)
    
    
  • added: the script now checks for all prior versions, and unloads them if they are loaded in mirc, meaning you just have to load the script to install it. for more info, check the docs.
    
    
  • added: uninstaller, removes all variables and datastructures created by the script, and unloads the script from mirc.
    
    changed: moved all the script code to a single ini file, which makes it much easier to install. also changed the filename for the script (again)
    
    
  • changed: instead of the /setupgsm command, you now launch the setup gui from either right-clicking the status window, or selecting it from the mirc command menu.

First up, Half-Life Sound Selector has been released. What the?

I have made a program called "Half-Life Sound Selector" which allows the use of multiple wave files in Half-Life, CS, TFC, and other mods. It works by assigning shortcut keys to each wave in your wave list and then copying the wave file to "voice_input.wav" in your game directory. Then you can just hold down a key and play your favorite waves in HL :)

Grab it here! It's made by Disk2, whom will be the voice of the cs community in a few months. Note that it is beta so check out the readme before installing.



Second on base is CS Skinshack! Yep, that's right, a CS skin site right on your computer. It's cool because it has like pictures and is a 50 megabyte download and yeah.
