Well we have a lot of news to catch up with, so lets get started:

- counter-strike [uk] has another new strategy up and running. "there's no 'i' in team" looks at teamwork in counter-strike.
- clanbase has a recap of the eurocup 3 tournament.
- the backburner has added a new preview of the upcoming cs 1.3 map, de_torn. torn, as you may know, is made by crinity and madcross. if we can learn anything from those two, it's that you can be close with your brother without commiting incest. anyhow, the map gets a 90% (pure gold!) rating, which makes it a review not a preview.
- pnp has interviewed trak3r, who made a nifty cs guide a few days ago. personally, i liked the guide and didn't find anything very offensive. for the whole story, check out this page (click here).

- a new version of the free gamespy replacment, kquery, has been released. what's new? it now comes with over 20 built in master servers, features a player finder, auto-retry, icq/mirc/gs2m support, remote rcon, imports gamespy server lists, support for custom colour schemes, and more! grab it!
- modmapper has made a new radio commands sound pack.
- al whiting has slapped up his new map site, which features plenty of his maps in download fashion. yeah, that didn't make any sense.
- shackfiles has opened, they want you to test their system before cs 1.3 comes out. you'll need a shackid.
