-cm_times - determines when time remaining text can display / custom counting
-cm_save - saves current ClanMod's configuration to a file
-cm_load - loads ClanMod's configuration from a file
-new style of specifying time for task (also new parm. for cm_rtask)
-ability to execute commands on client side (cm_clcmd, cm_rclcmd)
