Jolt has created a new Counter-Strike league. Here's what they have to say about it:

The JCSL is a Premium league. Cost of entry is £9.99 per clan. The winner of each division will receive a FULL INTERNATIONAL 16 player de-branded jolt Clanserver for a month (or have a months extension applied if they have an existing server).
