[Sorry, but] it would require a lot of time and effort to get the hit animations back in CS and at the moment, that's something I dont have.Perhaps not the most interesting thing in the world, but at least something to look forward to. It also shows that CS2 is getting worked on, by Goose himself!
I'm working full steam ahead on CS2 and I can tell you I plan on having MORE hit animations in CS2.. I (like yourself) was disappointed to see them gone as I felt they added a great sense of feedback (you knew if you were hitting someone).
