PC Zone Magazine has a preview article on Counter-Strike: Condition Zero, with a dribbling of new information:
Condition Zero is a single-player standalone title that will be built on the modified Half-Life engine used for Counter-Strike. Valve's aim is to take the atmosphere and tension of the multiplayer game and recreate it for offline purposes – which is going to be no easy task. Although you'll be the only human present, the team versus team aspect will remain. There's a good deal of rumor reporting here, and it's not really clear whether the information they've gathered is correct or not. It's an interesting read, nonetheless. Thanks Evil Avatar.
