Not only has SatStrat got new hosting @ PHL, but those crazy assblasts have also released Version 1.8 of their strategy planning tool.

- map scrolling is now smoother (noticeable on slower systems).
- added /commands:
/quit - exit program
/mode [c/v/o] [user] - set user level
/kick [user] - duh =)
/nick [new nick] - change nickname- added right-click popup menus
- double click with eyedropper to change all connected lines and dots.
- can now change nickname online with /nick (see above)
- bad news: old saved strategy files will no longer work.
good news: in future versions strategy files will be fully backwards compatible. numerous small bugfixes
