Recon 2000, one of the largest gaming events ever held in North America will begin June 29th at 8:00am and end July 2nd at 10:00am. Tournaments will be held for Counter-Strike, Quake III Arena, Unreal Tournament, Tribes II and StarCraft: Broodwar. Many servers will be setup for games such as Team Fortress Classic, Day of Defeat and more! Participants are more than welcome to create their own lan games as well. Over 400 have registered. Recon 2000 will be a 24/7 gaming event. Our network will consist of over thirty dual PIII 850mhz and dual/quad Xeon servers. The network will be fiber optic running at 1000mbit. The deadline for registration is June 8th. The cost of admissions is $55.00 and covers all days of the event.
