¤ CGS (Counter-Strike GFX.Style, who used to be CSAA) has released a game-joining IRC script. Slap this baby on your client and bypass GameSpy altogether. The site just had a makeover and added a files section, so schlep on over (God I hate that word...)
¤ Overzaz sends word that the CheapMovie team has produced a Counter-Strike Movie which uses the DivX encoder. Although the film is in Beta 0.0, you should give it a shot. I would, but I'm on 56gay at the moment.
