    Jcal's final interview

Stomped concluded its three part interview series with CS map makers. Today they interviewed Matt "Pantera" Szymanski, who created as_highrise, and John "Poor Yurik" Attea, who has created several maps for CS. Here's a teaser (err, yeah):
Stomped: How do you feel about your levels becoming some of the most popular Internet multiplayer maps for games?

Attea: I wouldn't say that they were, but my maps surely got a huge amount of exposure. At first I was disapointed that people in general didn't embrace my style or vision, but I eventually found happiness in the challenge of taking risks, trying new things, and pleasing the tactical minority. I believe it was important to bring my own perspective of CS and teamplay to the table, rather than emulate the popular trends.

Grab some more of that interviewing goodness right here.
