CS-Universe has written a detailed guide on how to "assault Assault".

This map is one enjoyable m-f. Campers paradise. (Duh..its a hostage rescue map!). This map is no problem, coz the CT's have to get in and bust your ass, well the best thing is to not let them! If your feelin' adventorus (s:P) then rush out and kick butt. Weapon choices are pretty important depending on what role u wanna play. Wanna snipe, take the Arctic, or the Sg they work pretty good. If u wanna move bout, no cash, then Mp5's good. If u got the flooz (money) then the AK is good 2. Grenades are pretty handy too, especially if u got a load of CT's sittin there like l33t lamerz.

Over at FidosRevenge they have made a nice, big, comprehensive guide to one of CS's oldest maps, cs_assault. Here's a bit of what its got:

Assault is a wonderful map and it surprises me how many times I hear players complain "Oh, no! Assault...I hate this map." as a new game starts. As you play the map it seems small, yet there are many routes to each destination. Combine the video cameras with voice communication for an extra advantage!

Assault guide

The Gunslingers have quickly pieced together a rather in-depth guide for the recently released cs_assault for Counter-Strike: Source. Their guide touts over 50 screenshots and seven videos to help any would-be terrorist of counter-terrorist make the most of the tweaked Assault layout.

The new upstairs backalley door entry has a large catwalk that CT's can use to their advantage. There is no bottle neck that happens now when rushing onto a narrow catwalk. If the CT's can work this right, they can very easily rush this door and take out Terrorists at their various spots inside the warehouse. For an effective rush strategy, this is your safest and gives you the best odds.

Not too shabby for releasing this guide mere hours after the initial release of the map.

the guide could be summed up: just like assault in 1.6, but with an extra door and a more gay ladder leading to the roof.

I checked your website, didn't see any mention of leagues on there. Up and coming would denote a team coming up through the ranks. Just starting out.. just means you're new.
